The Company
We're working with an early-stage technology company bringing digital transformation to traditionally manual supply chain and product data processes. They are looking for an experienced engineer who can balance hands-on engineering with technical strategy as the business moves through its next phase of growth.
This role suits someone who enjoys operating in a small but growing team, is motivated by building solutions, solving complex problems, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to deliver. The environment is fast-paced, where priorities can evolve quickly and ambiguity is often part of the journey.
The successful candidate will be excited by the autonomy of an early-stage environment and the opportunity to shape the technical direction of a high-potential B2B SaaS platform. Longer term, the role offers the chance to build, manage, and lead a growing engineering team.
The position requires someone who can balance product innovation with longer-term technical stability and scalability
