FP&A Analyst required for a business in growth. This is a high-impact FP&A role working directly with the CFO to build planning, forecasting, and insight from the ground up.

What you'll do

Shape budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics Turn data into clear insight for leadership and investors Challenge assumptions and improve financial visibility Support scenario modelling, business cases, and key decisions

What we're looking for

3-4 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or similar Strong modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills Confident challenging numbers and influencing stakeholders Comfortable in fast-moving, change-driven environments
