This is a key leadership role for someone who pairs deep FPGA technical expertise with the ability to mentor, inspire, and drive delivery at scale. What You’ll Lead Leadership & Management

Mentor and grow a team of FPGA + digital design engineers. Set clear goals, drive performance, and foster technical excellence. Partner with systems, software, hardware, and verification teams. Recruit and develop top‑tier engineering talent. Champion best practices in design, verification, and documentation.

Technical Ownership

Architect and deliver high‑performance, low‑latency FPGA solutions. Provide direction across RTL (VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog), simulation, timing closure, and validation. Define design standards, IP reuse strategies, and verification methodologies. Ensure designs meet performance, power, area, and reliability targets. Advise on FPGA technology roadmaps across major vendors.

Project Delivery

Own FPGA development from concept to production. Lead planning, estimation, and scheduling of FPGA deliverables. Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
