Fractional CTO AI Music Startup (Stealth) Were helping a fast-growing AI music startup find a Fractional CTO . This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team thats using AI/ML to reshape how artists and creators connect with opportunities in the music industry. About this Opportunity The company is already revenue-generating and has established meaningful partnerships with music festivals and global brands. With one CTO exiting and another currently supporting in a temporary capacity, theyre looking for a technical leader who can guide the products AI roadmap and support technical alignment for upcoming growth and fundraising phases. This is a fractional , equity-only role. Youll play a key role in aligning product vision, driving AI development, and helping the team scale both product and infrastructure. What This Startup Offers Strategic Role : Join at a critical moment as the company transitions technical leadership High-Level Impact : Drive AI product development and long-term architecture decisions Close Collaboration : Work directly with the founding team and support existing developers Product Vision : Shape and deliver ML/NLP features aligned with user and business goals What Were Looking For Strong experience building and deploying AI/ML products in production Expertise in supervised learning and NLP (bonus: LLMs, recommender systems, RL) Ability to build MVPs that integrate advanced ML techniques High-level architectural skills, especially around AI pipelines and model evaluation Ability to present technical strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Product-minded and comfortable working in startup environments Compensation This is an equity-only position at this stage. Future compensation structures may evolve as the company grows.
