Franchise Recruitment Manager Location: Preston Salary: £40,000 £50,000 FTE + Performance bonuses Hours: Full-time or part-time considered

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly driven Franchise Recruitment Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of a new national franchise network in the professional services sector. Working closely with Directors, Shareholders and the Operational Team, youll be instrumental in recruiting high-quality franchise partners and supporting them throughout their journey, from onboarding and launch through to ongoing performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Franchise Recruitment: Develop and deliver a franchisee recruitment strategy to meet growth targets across the UK. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial enquiry through to sign-up and onboarding. Qualify and engage with prospective franchisees, assessing suitability and ensuring mutual fit. Represent the brand at franchise networking events and webinars.
