Senior Site Manager required for £17 Million new build care home, reporting to Project Manager you will be responsible for taking control of full subcontract package management comprising of both external/internal works from groundworks through to 1st/2nd fix and final finishings. Duties will also involve the chairing and running of all subcontract/client meetings in absence or in conjunction with the Project Manager, subcontract planning/programming of works to be completed, RAMS, Health & Safety, coordination of subcontractors and staff in order for areas of works to be completed.CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement, this role is open on a freelance or a freelance to permanent basis depending upon employment preference #J-18808-Ljbffr
