We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Bradford
Sectors: Social housing retrofit
Payrate: £260-280 per day -
Duration: Ongoing until project end

Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager for a Social Housing retro-fit scheme in Bradford. The scheme consists of works on Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Cavity Walls. The project is starting ASAP and the contract is ongoing.

What you'll do as a Freelance Site Manager:

• Manage daily activities for retro-fit on solar panels, loft insulation, cavity walls.
• Ensure project is completed in line with standards
• Manage subcontractors and labour teams
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Conduct daily site inspections
• Co-ordinate daily with residents and tenant liaison officer

Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience on social housing schemes - preferably retro-fit
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Pay + Benefits

• Day rate
• £260 to £280 per day
• Weekly pay on a Friday
