About the Role Were looking for a reliable, detail-loving Freight Forwarder who understands customs processes and doesnt panic at the sight of a tariff code. If you enjoy keeping shipments on track, solving problems before your second coffee, and making paperwork behave itself

youll fit right in. Experience with IPAFFS and CHEDs would be a big plus, especially given the food sector focus. If those acronyms dont scare you, were already impressed. What Youll Be Doing Freight Coordination Booking and tracking shipments by sea and road Working with carriers to keep deliveries timely and cost-effective Handling all the essential paperwork

bills of lading, invoices, insurance documents (yes, all the exciting stuff) Customs Clearance Managing the customs clearance process from start to finish Making sure shipments comply with ever-changing regulations Staying on top of tariffs, duties, and legislation updates (because someone has to) Customer Support Keeping clients informed about their shipments Offering advice on customs procedures, taxes, and potential delays Working closely with internal teams to keep everything running like clockwork (or at least like a very efficient smartwatch) Problem-Solving Tackling delays, customs queries, and document hiccups head-on Finding solutions quickly

because cargo waits for no one Record Keeping Maintaining organised, accurate records of shipments and compliance documentation Keeping everything audit-ready and beautifully in order What Theyre Looking For Experience: 12 years in freight forwarding with hands-on customs experience Knowledge: Solid understanding of international shipping rules, customs processes, and logistics systems (e.g. MultiFreight, CDS) Bonus Points: Experience with IPAFFS and CHEDs
