Required Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience with Freshdesk platform and configurations
- Experience implementing contact centre CRM solutions
- Ability to deploy, configure, and customise Freshdesk features, workflows, and automations
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently
- Comfortable providing support to both desk-side and remote users
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with other Freshworks products and integrations
- Previous experience supporting internal platform adoption initiatives
- Knowledge of customer support best practises and contact centre operations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Freshdesk deployments and CRM configuration
- Previous roles involving technical consultancy or internal platform support
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- This role is fully remote within the UK, with occasional onsite meetings as needed
- Strong communication skills and proactive engagement with stakeholders
