The Role Were looking for a confident, people-focused Catering Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team at Edinburgh Academy Senior School. Youll help deliver a welcoming, professional dining experience for pupils, staff, and visitors while supporting and developing the team. Ideal for someone with hospitality experience who takes pride in maintaining high standards and leading a strong team. What Youll Do Lead front-of-house service for breakfast, lunch, and school dining Plan and deliver daily service and a number of showcase school events throughout the year Train, motivate, and support front-line staff Act as Allergen Champion , ensuring safety and clear communication Work closely with kitchen and management teams to deliver excellent service Maintain a welcoming, professional dining environment Support recruitment, onboarding, and compliance About You
Experience in hospitality or catering (supervisory experience preferred) A natural leader who enjoys motivating and supporting others Strong customer service skills with a calm, organised approach Pride in professionalism, presentation, and service What We Offer
