Altura is a hospitality agency supplying Front of House staff to some of London’s top venues, events, and corporate clients. We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable hospitality staff to join our team.

We’re looking for people who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering great service. You’ll be working across a variety of shifts and venues, supporting smooth and professional event experiences.

Key responsibilities:

* Serving food and beverages to a high standard

* Supporting event and venue teams during service

* Providing excellent customer service to guests

* Maintaining a professional and well-presented appearance

* Working efficiently as part of a team in busy environments

Roles include:

* Waiters / Waitresses

* Bartenders

* Baristas

* Hospitality Assistants

Requirements:

* Previous Front of House hospitality experience preferred (events, restaurants, hotels, or cafés)

* Confident in food and beverage service

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Friendly, reliable, and adaptable attitude

* Ability to work well under pressure

Allergens training and food hygiene certificates are an added bonus and may lead to additional work opportunities.
