Our client, a wonderful boutique Financial Advisory firm in the heart of the city is looking for a Front of House/Office Manager/Team Assistant to carry out a sole/hybrid support role. This is an all round client-facing position where you will be the first point of contact for all clients as well as managing the office ensuring that it is kept polished at all times and assisting the team with any needs and requirements including general HR administrative duties and organising events. You will be part of an incredibly warm, welcoming, collaborative, and supportive team where you will be seen as the lynchpin of the office. Ideally looking for 2 + years relevant experience. A candidate who is personable, client-focused, polished, committed, and conscientious is essential. Happy to consider 1 months' notice.
