ROLE: Front Office Manager 4-star Hotel LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: circa £35,000 per year Were seeking an experienced and confident Front Office Manager to lead the front-of-house team at this busy, high-quality 4-star hotel in the Birmingham area. With 150+ rooms and conference facilities for over 250 delegates, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring solid experience in a similar environment.
The Role: Manage day-to-day operations across Reception and Nights Lead, motivate, and develop the front office team Drive guest satisfaction and ensure a seamless experience Set and manage team objectives, rotas, and performance Work closely with other departments to maximise occupancy and promote services Ensure the team is fully informed on hotel services and local knowledge Handle guest and staff issues confidently and professionally
Requirements: Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a similar size 4-star hotel Strong leadership no room for indecisiveness Comfortable in a hands-on, high-pressure environment Solid Opera PMS knowledge essential Flexible with early/late shifts, working 5 out of 7 days Sharp attention to detail and strong team ethos This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected hotel with strong corporate and conference trade.
