Role: Functional Skills Maths Tutor Location: Peterborough Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (37.5 hours per week) Contract: Permanent Who We Are Seeking Our client is looking for an experienced educator with a strong commitment to supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The position is for a Functional Skills Maths Tutor, delivering Entry Level 1–3 and Level 1–2 Maths to small groups of up to 12 high-needs learners. This is not a mainstream teaching environment and requires someone patient, adaptable, and confident in managing diverse needs. What Our Client Needs A responsible and professional tutor who can plan, deliver, and differentiate the Functional Skills maths curriculum effectively, including: * Functional Skills Maths Entry Level 1–2 * Functional Skills Maths Level 1–2 Delivery should be creative, engaging, and aligned with learner goals. A dedicated Quality Assurance Team will support continuous improvement and KPI achievement.
