What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging Functional Skills English & Maths (Entry Level–Level 2) Adapt lessons to meet individual needs within small classes or 1:1 Track progress and celebrate every milestone
Work closely with a skilled, supportive SEN and pastoral team
Create a calm, positive learning space where students can succeed
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is:
A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Functional Skills tutor
Confident with differentiation and supporting SEN/SEMH learners
Patient, creative, and resilient
Passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and grow
