Salary: £27,000 – £31,065pa based on experience Hours: 35 hours per week (some evenings & weekends) Role Purpose As Fundraising Events and Partnerships Officer, you will plan and deliver standout events such as Sleep Easy, Golf Day, dinners and community events, while building strong partnerships with businesses, donors and supporters. You’ll create innovative fundraising opportunities to grow income, support challenge event participants and community organisations to maximise their fundraising, and champion supporter engagement to ensure every donor feels valued. With organisational flair and a strategic, proactive mindset, you will manage budgets, track ROI, record supporter data, and work closely with marketing colleagues to develop engaging and impactful fundraising campaigns. For this vital role, we are looking for a passionate fundraiser, with the presence and credibility to build long-lasting relationships internally and externally. You will have experience of planning successful events, managing budgets and expenditure, with the ability to report impact and return on investment. Housing - We provide over 200 bed spaces for individuals who are at risk of homelessness. Our housing supports people to rebuild their lives by creating a safe, stable environment where they can learn, grow and realise their potential, regardless of their past or present circumstances. Family and Youth Work - We provide high-quality early years education and care through our nurseries, holiday clubs and schools initiatives. Family support services are also available through our Padley Community Hub. Support, Advice, Health, Wellbeing - We offer a wide range of community services, including youth programmes, mental health support, horticultural activities, food provision and access to warm, welcoming spaces. Training and Education - Through YMCA Key College, we offer vocational training, work experience and employment pathways for young people who find mainstream education challenging.
