Location : Lanarkshire & Ayrshire Hours : Full Time Salary : Competitive Full Driving Licence Required Parks Motor Group is seeking to appoint a Garage Equipment Technician to join our maintenance team! Based in Lanarkshire & Ayrshire, however may be required to travel throughout the Motor Groups dealerships in Scotland and Northern England.

Ideally the candidate would be an experiencedGarage Equipment Technician or alternatively a Motor Vehicle Technician who could leverage their skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment used in motor vehicle workshops.

The following is an overview of the role: ? ? Diagnose and repair garage equipment like vehicle lifts, wheel balancers, compressors and diagnostic tools ? ? Perform routine service and maintenance operations on equipment to ensure their safe and efficient operation ? ? Troubleshoot issues with equipment, diagnose and implement fixes ? ? May involve working with computerised equipment, calibration and diagnostic tools ? ? Be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills ? ? Have a strong attention to detail Typical skills utilised from a Motor Vehicle Technician Background: ? Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.

? Diagnostic skills for troubleshooting issues.

? Familiarity with automotive equipment, systems and tools. xbpsjku
