We are seeking a reliable and flexible person to join our small team in Ripley, Surrey.This is a varied role, where every day is different, but the same high standards apply. We would consider applicants who would like to train in this role with our experienced garden buildings team or applicants with previous garden building experience.You should have good practical skills and be willing to train on our wood cutting machines in a factory environment. If you have a full, clean driving licence this would also be useful, but not essential.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperating cutting machines for precise product sizes and shapes based on our customer ordersUsing tools such as tape measures, cutting machines, rulers and drillsMaintaining equipmentMust adhere to safety regulations and use the correct protective equipment to prevent accidents while working on the machines in the factoryOperating saws to cut timber and with the ability to adjust saw equipment, interpret work orders and ensure cutting accuracyWorking as a team member with a good eye for detailExcellent hand-eye coordinationLoading sheds onto vehiclesAssist our installers to carry buildings to build site when requiredLiaise with customers when on siteAdhering to all Site Health and Safety proceduresEnsuring Customer satisfaction is maintained to a high standard.An understanding of warehouse processes and physical fitness for heavy lifting are beneficial qualities for success in this position.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent #J-18808-Ljbffr
