In this role, you'll be working on-site at residential and commercial properties across the South East helping to manage projects and carry out hands-on work such as digging, herbicide treatments, landscaping, planting, pruning, turfing, and site clearance. Over time, you'll step into more responsibility as you build experience and confidence.

This would suit a Gardener or Soft Landscaper looking to progress into a Site Supervisor role, with full training and support from a friendly, close-knit team that truly values your work, while contributing to unique and environmentally impactful groundworks projects for a leading company in invasive plant removal.

The Role:

\n Hands-on site work including invasive plant removal, herbicide treatments, and landscaping

\n

Supervising small jobs and working with other site teams across the UK

\n

Ongoing training and development into a leadership position

\n

\n

The Person:

\n

\n Experience in garden maintenance, landscaping or horticulture

\n

Wanting to progress to a supervisor

\n

Based in Woking UK driving license

\n

\n
