Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves garden maintenance, planting, lawn care, and assisting with landscaping projects. A full UK driving licence is required along with the ability to communicate effectively in English, as the position involves driving company vehicles and interacting with clients. Key Responsibilities: Perform general garden maintenance including mowing, strimming, weeding, pruning, and hedge cutting. Carry out planting, lawn care, and soft landscaping tasks. Operate gardening tools, machinery, and vehicles safely and efficiently. Drive company vehicles to and from various job sites. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members. Requirements: Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (minimum 1 year preferred).
