Gas Maintenance Engineer

to join our team. The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out

planned and reactive gas maintenance

across domestic and light commercial properties. This is a field-based role suited to a motivated engineer who works to a high standard and takes pride in their work. Key Responsibilities

Servicing and maintaining gas boilers and heating systems Fault-finding and breakdown repairs Completing gas safety inspections and certification Working in occupied domestic properties Ensuring all work complies with

Gas Safe

regulations Completing job reports and paperwork accurately Delivering a professional, customer-focused service Requirements

Gas Safe registered

(essential) ? Relevant ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, etc.) ? Proven experience in domestic gas maintenance ? Full UK driving licence ? Strong fault-finding ability ? Good communication and time management skills ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Desirable (but not essential)

Experience with landlord and property management work Unvented hot water qualification LPG experience What We Offer
