Are you a qualified Gas & Oil Heating Engineer based in Bridgwater or the surrounding areas? Join our team and enjoy a competitive base salary of up to £40,164 per annum, plus exciting additional earning opportunities including performance bonuses and on-call payments.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in servicing and repairing domestic Gas heating systems. If you also hold the relevant Oil qualifications and have hands-on experience this would be beneficial ,and we'd love to hear from you!

Your Role as our Gas & Oil Heating Engineer:

  • Undertake the servicing, repairing & maintenance of Domestic heating systems
  • Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
  • Participate in out of hour's works, including overtime and call out
  • Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures
  • Reporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards
  • Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
  • Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers

What We Need from You.

  • Recognised oil qualifications (Desirable) and proven experience with oil heating systems
  • ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
  • G3 unvented cylinder qualifications
  • LPG Gas Qualifications (Desirable)
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • A full UK driving license
  • Ability to undertake out-of-hours works
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices
  • Ability to manage your time and workload independently
