You will manage the THS Gas operatives and electrical team, ensuring that we deliver a cost effective and competitive repairs service on day-to-day gas, cyclical, electrical repairs, home servicing and any other building related projects. The postholder will be required to take part in the out-of-hours duty officer rota on a 1-in-6-week basis.
