Gas Engineer with 18th Edition

CBW have a new opportunity for an experienced Multi Skillled Engineer to join a leading facilities company. This role will be to cover all the Gas and Electrical PPMs and Reactive works across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued.. Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and related tasks. To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota. Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas. To undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients gas/heating systems. Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding. Ensure that all gas/heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria. Person Specification:
COCN1 & 18th Edition essential (2391 testing & inspection desirable) Must have experience working within a Facilities Management (FM) environment Proven experience carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) Experience completing reactive maintenance works efficiently and safely Salary & Benefits:
Salary up to £52,000 Mon to Fri - 8am - 5pm No On Call Van & Fuel Card 25 days holiday including bank. Generous workplace pension scheme. Training, development & progression opportunities.
