GCSE Core Subject Tutor (Afterschool - Outreach)

ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible afterschool hours? Prospero Teaching is currently seeking dedicated and passionate tutors to deliver tailored 1:1 support in GCSE English, Maths, or Science to students who currently require additional English, Maths and Science support after school. This role is ideal for a full-time classroom teacher who is looking to take on additional hours in the evenings or afternoons, offering more personalised learning outside the traditional classroom environment. You'll be working with students who may have experienced disruption in their education and require patient, engaging, and structured tuition to help them re-engage and achieve key academic milestones. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver bespoke, engaging 1:1 lessons in English, Maths or Science Plan and tailor content to address individual learning gaps Help build students' confidence and motivation through consistent and supportive teaching Work with Prospero's team to monitor and report on progress ROLE DETAILS Location : Bromley and surrounding areas Start Date : ASAP Contract Type : Part-time (typically afterschool hours) Pay : £25-£30 per ...
