With over 60 years of industry experience, the organisation delivers a wide range of infrastructure and construction projects spanning sectors such as earthworks, infrastructure, energy, and remediation.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor known for its collaborative approach, strong safety culture, and commitment to sustainable construction.Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily site operations on civil engineering projectsSupervise site teams, subcontractors, and plant to ensure efficient deliveryEnsure all works are carried out safely, in line with company procedures and industry standardsMonitor progress against programme and report regularly to Site ManagementMaintain high standards of quality and environmental complianceSupport planning and coordination of labour, materials, and plant requirementsPromote a positive, team-focused culture on site About You Proven experience in a General Foreman or supervisory role within civil engineeringStrong background in infrastructure, earthworks, or related sectorsExcellent leadership and communication skillsSolid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practiceAbility to manage multiple work fronts and meet programme deadlinesSSSTS/SMSTS (or equivalent) preferredFull UK driving licence What's on Offer Opportunity to work on diverse and technically challenging projectsLong-term career development within a stable, growing businessSupportive environment that values initiative, teamwork, and personal development Legal Information: We act as an employment agency for permanent work and as an employment business for temporary work.
