The Role

We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Machine Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team, working in a foundry environment.

You'll play a key role in supporting production through the safe operation of foundry and cut-off equipment in the manufacture of precision castings.

This is a hands-on, physical position where quality, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

Foundry Operations

Weigh and record charge materials accurately Safely load furnaces using approved handling equipment Inspect furnace linings and crucibles before charging Pre-heat moulds prior to pouring Monitor furnace temperatures within specified limitsCut-Off Operations
