JOB PURPOSE To provide continual support to the Head of Installation Services and the Production Manager in all aspects relating to the smooth running of the onsite and manufacturing activities Carry out and support on Building maintenance activities for the Heanor facility in line with the planned schedule and any ad-hoc requirements Travel to UK sites and suppliers to deliver / collect items to ensure project delivery is kept to schedule 2.

JOB ACTIVITIES Assisting and controlling competent personnel/tradesman/companies in maintaining the buildings maintenance. Where reasonable, transport Equipment and tooling within the UK in support of the

department. Overnight stayovers may be required for this activity. Work in a professional manner with internal and external personnel as part of day-to-day activities. Read and understand Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Health Safety & Environmental documentation, etc, as required, to ensure compliance with current regulations and legislations. To comply with company specifications, plans and working instructions ensuring site and product compliance with quality, Health Safety & Environmental standards and current legislations. General housekeeping of stores & yards and other areas. To support all areas of the company in the distribution of all consumables. 3.

SUPERVISION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with other team members on matters of Health Safety & Environmental, welfare and conduct Work under his/her own initiative whilst also guiding other staff 4.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Essential Full Clean UK driving licence Desirable Recognised trade qualification KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE Essential Understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental requirements. Basic understanding of DIY to assist with building maintenance activities. Communication skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels. Basic team working skills. Working away from home Experience of driving commercial vehicles Desirable Knowledge of basic electrical installations and maintenance Previous experience of Site Installation activities.
