You will have the autonomy to shape the gym's success, create a positive and motivating environment, and make a significant impact on both staff and members. What You'll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, coaches, and assistants. Be a visible, inspiring presence on the gym floor-engaging with members and driving retention. Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance. Drive membership growth through local marketing, outreach, and community events. Monitor financial performance and deliver against key business targets.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure, or hospitality. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing revenue. Passion for health and fitness, with a hands‑on approach to member engagement. Experience managing teams and driving performance. Ideally, previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or GM in a high-volume setting.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary (£31,100 - £35,532) + opportunity to increase your earnings through a performance‑related bonus up to 5.5% of annual salary, paid quarterly.
