Our General Managers work closely with the operations team to manage their respective pubs. We ask that you lead and inspire your team, finding innovative ways to delight your guests. Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality, and that all food and drinks served are of the highest quality that Effra offers. You will collaborate with your management team, including the head chef, to pair the finest food with the drinks and atmosphere, making your pub the vibrant hub of every shift. You will be fully responsible for the pub's P&L, focusing on converting sales into profit. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure a memorable guest experience from start to finish. You will be at the forefront of training and developing your team, nurturing future leaders, and contributing to the growth of your business.
