Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing hospitality team Manage venue operations, budgets, and commercial performance Deliver outstanding customer service across all events and services Ensure health & safety and operational standards are maintained Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and performance
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a General Manager within hospitality or venues Strong leadership and people management skills Commercially aware with experience managing budgets Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Highly organised and able to lead in a fast-paced environment
