We are seeking an outstanding General Manager with a love for elevated

vibrancy, offering a fresh and modern take on Japanese cuisine and culture in
West London. The menu reimagines classic dishes with bold flavours and
innovative techniques, while expertly crafted cocktails pay homage to Japans
drinking culture. Whether indulging in exquisite sashimi or sipping highballs

Split across two stunning floors, with an exquisite Private Dining Room

embody this vibrant brand, guiding their team on an unforgettable journey while

The Role:

As General Manager, youll be at the forefront of our success, driving
operational and commercial excellence,
leading a passionate team, and ensuring every guest leaves with a story to
tell.

Taking full ownership for the daily running and forward planning of their
venues, people and P&Ls.

Lead a large
team in a fast-paced, premium venue, ensuring smooth and structured operations.

independence.

of your guests, your team, and your venue at all times.

Maintain
compliance actively promote completion of online training, daily/ weekly
checks and best practices.

Communicate with
impact clearly, effectively, and with intention. Always taking the time to
review and follow up.

Who Youll Be:

A Proven leader with at least 2 years experience as a General Manager
in a food led, fast paced, premium venue.

Someone with strong business acumen confident in managing financials,
budgets, and targets.

Experience in ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety,
and legal & licensing requirements, maintaining the highest standards
across all areas of the business.

A people-first mentality you care deeply about your teams growth and
well-being, championing an inclusive culture.

Energy, passion, and resilience you lead by example and thrive under
pressure.

A structured mindset setting clear expectations and empowering your
team.

Obsessed with communication constantly speaking to your team, with the
ability to communicate the bigger picture as well as venue specific details and
getting the team to understand why their roles are so important to the companys
success.

Curiosity and courage always questioning, improving, and innovating.

Knowledge of Japanese culture, dining and sake desirable.
