General Manager Luxury Hospitality & Leisure Business

Our client, a growing premium hospitality brand, is seeking an experienced General Manager with a background in luxury hotels and leisure venues . The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, food & beverage quality, and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of an expansion in London, with two new sites opening soon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operations across multiple locations, overseeing a team of around 80 staff
• Ensure high standards of guest service and operational efficiency
• Drive commercial performance and growth
• Support the launch of new venues, with experience in openings highly desirable

The Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience in luxury hotels or premium hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Proven leadership skills in staff development, training, and team management
• Hands-on approach with a passion for guest service

Location: London (North, SW & West) Exciting expansion with two new openings
