Full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the restaurant Build, lead and develop a team of 15 Drive standards across service, guest experience, and presentation Manage suppliers, ordering and stock control Own the numbers – P&L, GP, costs, and performance Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a joined‑up approach
The Person
Proven experience as a General Manager within a quality independent restaurant Leads from the front and thrives in a floor‑based role Commercially sharp – confident with P&L, GP, ordering and invoicing Strong people leader – able to train, develop and hold standards Clear communicator with fluent spoken and written English Genuine passion for hospitality, food, wine, and guest experience
