• Managing Café, buffet style restaurant for pax 250 cover a day.
• Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations 
• Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering
• Lead, develop and manage the team of 9 staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
• Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
