Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations
Oversee day-to-day store operations
Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and food safety
Manage stock, ordering, and supplier coordination
Maintain high presentation standards (premium brand focus)
2. Customer Experience
Deliver a premium guest experience
Handle complaints and service recovery
Drive customer loyalty and repeat business

3. Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop staff
Manage rotas, performance, and motivation
Create a positive, high-energy team culture
Includes hiring, onboarding, and performance management
4. Financial & Commercial Performance
Manage P&L, budgets, and costs
Drive sales and profitability
Monitor KPIs (labour %, wastage, revenue)
GM is responsible for budgets and optimizing expenses
5. Brand & Standards Compliance
Ensure adherence to:
Food safety regulations
Company SOPs
Brand presentation
6. Marketing & Growth
Support local marketing campaigns
Build community presence
Increase footfall and brand awareness
Skills & Requirements
Essential
Experience as:
Store Manager / Assistant GM / Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and communication
