The Role: General Manager

You will run your own site with full autonomy, owning KPIs, guest experience, and team performance. Supported by an Operations Manager, you will coordinate front-of-house, barista teams, and the kitchen to deliver an elevated coffee and brunch experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team across FOH, baristas, and kitchen coordination
• Own KPIs: service, sales, labour, and quality standards
• Drive exceptional guest experience revamping service culture and consistency
• Recruit, train, and retain passionate hospitality professionals
• Collaborate with the Ops and central support team on systems and structure
• Champion values like kindness, good manners, and curiosity

What They Are Looking For

• Proven Manager or GM experience in quality hospitality (e.g. coffee shop, bakery caf, premium casual dining)
• Strong with customer experience, team leadership, and KPIs
• Comfortable managing 45-hour weeks and busy, hands-on service environments
• People-focused leader who builds a positive culture
• Experience with coffee and brunch service is a bonus but not essential
• Able to thrive with evolving processes and make decisions with less structure
• Values-aligned: kind, proactive, performance-minded
