An experienced manager from a fast-paced, service-led environment A hands-on leader who thrives in busy, energetic venues Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of sales, labour control and profit Passionate about building engaged teams and developing future leaders A natural host who understands how to create atmosphere and memorable guest experiences

You Are Responsible For

Leading day-to-day operations and delivering service excellence Driving sales growth and maximising profitability Developing, coaching and retaining a high-performing team Managing P&L performance, wage percentages and stock control Championing compliance, health & safety and brand standards Building a venue culture aligned with Buzzworks values
