The Role Your main focus will be Customer Experience , it is at the heart of everything. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest quality of food is served and the best customer experience is delivered. You will be responsible for the full day to day operations of the outlet, ensuring everything is running efficiently, effectively and compliantly. You will have overall P & L responsibility, a focus on efficiency of operations, and drive to improve performance and increase sales. About You You will be an experienced General Manager having worked in a customer experience focused food and beverage environment. You will have a keen eye for detail and consistency. The customer experience is everything in this brand and that starts with delivering high quality food and excellent service. Motivating your team, driving sales and putting the customer first is all second nature to you. You will be a motivated, determined leader, leading from the front and mentoring your team. You will ensure operations and all financials are optimised.
