Our General Managers are at the heart of what we do, meaning you'll have full ownership of your venue - from the guest experience to the P&L. You'll lead a large, fast-paced team across high-volume trading periods, drive revenue and standards, and be a key part of Shiko's national expansion story. This isn't a placeholder role. We're building something and we want ambitious GMs who want to be part of it from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Running day-to-day operations of a high-volume venue, end to end Leading, motivating and developing a large front-of-house and bar team Taking ownership of financial performance - revenue, GP, labour, costs Driving events, private hire and bookings to maximise venue revenue through sales manager management Maintaining compliance, licensing, H&S and brand standards across the site Working closely with senior leadership as we scale

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven GM experience in a high-volume wet led, venue or hospitality environment A strong commercial mindset - you understand what drives a P&L and you act on it A natural people leader - someone teams want to follow Comfortable with events, private hire, food and late-night trading Confident managing licensing, compliance and health & safety requirements Ambitious - you want to grow as the business grows
