General Manager – Market Halls Oxford Street


Lead the next chapter of London’s most exciting food-and-culture playground.

Now we’re looking for a visionary General Manager to take the reins, elevate the experience, and shape the future of this landmark site.

Your mission


  • Own the guest journey. Make every visit memorable, from the escalator ride to the last orders.
  • Lead & inspire. Coach a diverse team of managers, bartenders, and floor staff to peak performance.
  • Partner with traders. Collaborate with eight best-in-class kitchens to keep menus fresh and standards sky-high.
  • Drive the numbers. P&L accountability, commercial planning, and KPI smashing come as second nature.
  • Curate the vibe. Work with our events and marketing teams to programme live music, takeovers, and community initiatives.
