As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the restaurant's performance, driving excellence across service, people, and profitability. You'll be at the heart of the operation—leading from the front, embedding robust systems and processes, and creating a culture where both guests and team members thrive. What You'll Be Doing

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Front of House team, fostering a positive and ambitious culture Deliver exceptional guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail and proactive service recovery Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service flow, reservations, menu briefings, and quality control Implement and refine systems and processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and service excellence Take full ownership of financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and cost control Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards through structured audits and training Act as a calm and decisive leader during high-pressure situations and operational challenges What We're Looking For

Key Skills & Competencies Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams in fast-paced environments Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in premium or fine dining settings Strong operational expertise with a focus on structure, systems, and continuous improvement Commercially astute with solid experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth Deep understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and best practice in hospitality Resilient and solutions-focused, with excellent crisis and contingency management skills Your Experience

You will bring a strong track record as a General Manager or senior leader within high-end hospitality. Experience in premium or fine dining environments is essential, along with a demonstrable ability to improve performance through people, processes, and strategic thinking. What's In It For You?
