Someone who can juggle reservations, inspire the team, charm the regulars, and still find time to taste the pistachio crème brûlée. What you’ll be doing:
Leading your team with joie de vivre — energy, laughter, and genuine warmth Keeping the service flowing and the atmosphere buzzing, from brunch to Bordeaux o’clock. Knowing your way around a P&L as easily as you do a wine list. Creating a place guests love — and teams are proud to call home.
Who you’ll be:
A natural leader who can motivate, mentor, and make things happen. A lover of hospitality — and a knack for making people smile. Commercially savvy, bringing a hands‑on attitude and genuine openness Experience running a busy restaurant or bar (ideally something a little ooh la la).
