Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across routine, urgent and complex presentations. Assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients with a wide range of primary and urgent care needs. Work autonomously while contributing fully to a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Use your clinical expertise, judgement and experience to make safe, effective decisions. Manage long-term conditions, care planning and end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism. Provide holistic care, promoting self-care, prevention and wellbeing alongside treatment. Support continuity of care through accurate documentation, follow-up and coordination with other services. Contribute to high standards of clinical governance, quality improvement and best practice.
