The Role
We are seeking experienced General Practitioners (GPs) to join our Clinical Team and support the remote delivery of treatment plans, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), where clinically appropriate.
This is a flexible, remote-first opportunity ideal for clinicians passionate about patient-centred care and digital health innovation.
You’ll be:
- Conducting high-quality remote consultations (asynchronous and/or live video) across men’s and women’s health, with a focus on hormone-related conditions including TRT, menopause, and perimenopause.
- Reviewing patient medical histories, structured digital questionnaires, and interpreting diagnostic tests (including blood work) to deliver safe, personalised, and clinically appropriate treatment plans.
- Providing expert guidance on hormone therapy and broader health concerns, clearly communicating recommendations and addressing patient questions.
- Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and recommending follow-up testing based on clinical need.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical product and operations, to ensure a seamless and safe patient journey.
- Ensuring compliance with internal SOPs, relevant clinical guidelines, and safety standards.
- Staying up to date with the latest evidence in hormone health, digital healthcare delivery, and regulatory frameworks through ongoing professional development.
- Contributing to the development of clinical content, SOPs, and patient-facing educational materials.
- Has extensive experience working as a GP and is GMC-registered with a valid licence to practise.
- Has a passion for, or experience in, men’s health and/or hormone therapy.
- Demonstrates strong digital literacy and has prior experience (or willingness to learn) in remote care delivery.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a patient-centric, empathetic approach.
- Is comfortable working independently within a structured and quality-assured digital environment.
- Is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centric care and improving outcomes in men’s health.
