Geography Teacher (0.6 FTE - Permanent)

We are working in partnership with a nonperforming secondary school in Birmingham, who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Geography Teacher to join their Humanities team on a 0.6 permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who enjoys inspiring curiosity about the world and delivering engaging, high-quality Geography lessons.
The Role
Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Deliver well-planned, engaging lessons that promote strong progress
Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive Humanities department
Take part in wider school life and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS (or is on track to achieve it)
Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
Can engage and motivate students of varying abilities
Is reflective, organised, and committed to continuous improvement
ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
