Key responsibilities:
Support the Head of Department in leading and developing the Geography curriculum Deliver consistently high-quality teaching across KS3–KS4 (and potentially KS5) Contribute to raising attainment and progress across the department Mentor and support colleagues, including early career teachers Help lead on fieldwork, trips and enrichment opportunities Play an active role in department planning, assessment and quality assurance
