Job Title: Entry-Level Graduate Geologist

Location: Loch Kemp / Loch Ness

Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour

Contract: Temporary (4-5 month project)

Start Date: End of May

Working closely alongside an experienced on-site Geologist

About the Role

We are recruiting an Entry-Level Graduate Geologist to join a major project based in the Loch Kemp/Loch Ness area. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent geology graduate seeking hands-on field experience, working directly with a highly experienced Geologist as part of a specialist project team.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting on-site geological investigations and data collection Assisting with sampling, logging, and documenting geological conditions Preparing and maintaining field equipment Working closely with the lead Geologist to carry out daily tasks Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting Adhering to all on-site health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences (or related discipline) Strong interest in field geology and practical outdoor work Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work in remote outdoor environments Confident working as part of a small team Full training and direction provided on site
