About the Role
Pybus Recruitment is seeking an experienced German-speaking eCommerce Customer Service Advisor to support the online retail operations of a well-established automotive client. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat (tbc), and telephone (tbc).
Manage and resolve issues from eBay, Amazon, and the companys webshop.
Process returns, exchanges, and investigate order discrepancies.
Liaise with couriers regarding outbound, delayed, or damaged shipments.
Co-ordinate and track orders using internal and external systems.
Collaborate with external eCommerce partners and agencies.
Provide support across additional customer service channels when required.
