Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + Bonus (~£15k OTE) + Benefits

A transformative, high-growth global organisation is seeking a Global Reward Manager to lead and evolve its reward and payroll function.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic yet hands-on leader who is passionate about shaping scalable, data-driven, and globally aligned reward practices. You’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious culture focused on transparency, improvement, and innovation – where your expertise will influence the organisation at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Reward Strategy: Design and lead global compensation and pay-for-performance strategies.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage multi-country outsourced payroll and ensure smooth operations.
- Performance & Budget Cycles: Own the annual compensation cycles
- Benefits Harmonisation
- Data & Insights: Deliver clear, strategic dashboards and reporting for reward and payroll metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the Globe
- Change Leadership: Drive transformation across total rewards
Your Background
- Proven Global reward leadership
- Extensive payroll oversight experience with outsourced vendors.
- Skilled in salary benchmarking, pay-for-performance, and compensation planning.
- Strong data and systems proficiency – confident using insights to inform decisions.
- Experience working in both scale-up and corporate environments.
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on in a fast-paced setting.
